Điều khoản và Điều kiện: Chi tiết và Quy trình đặt vé
1. Người mua vé phải đăng ký thành viên trên trang web chính thức goldenaent.com. Vui lòng kiểm tra kỹ tất cả thông tin cá nhân trước khi nhấn "Đăng ký". Thông tin đã đăng ký không thể thay đổi.
2. Quy trình mua vé khi mở bán như sau:
2.1. Đăng nhập bằng Tên đăng nhập và Mật khẩu đã đăng ký.
2.2. Chọn khu vực (Zone) mong muốn.
2.3. Chọn chỗ ngồi mong muốn.
2.4. Chọn phương thức thanh toán và nhấn "Đặt mua". Bạn có tối đa 15 phút để thực hiện thanh toán cho mỗi lần đặt lệnh. Xin lưu ý: Bạn cần phải hoàn tất thanh toán trước khi thời gian của đơn hàng kết thúc ít nhất 5 phút, do hệ thống tài chính hoặc cổng thanh toán có thể cần thời gian xử lý và chuyển tiền tới tài khoản đích, nếu thanh toán quá sát giờ có nguy cơ không kịp thời gian hệ thống quy định. Trong trường hợp bạn thanh toán muộn hơn thời gian quy định dẫn đến đơn hàng hết hạn hoặc không nhận được vé, Ban tổ chức có quyền xem xét hoàn tiền hoặc bố trí chỗ ngồi ở khu vực khác có giá trị tương đương để thay thế, điều này có thể khiến bạn không nhận được chỗ ngồi đã chọn ban đầu. Nếu thanh toán không thành công, hãy vào mục "View My Order" để chọn phương thức khác hoặc thực hiện lại trong khoảng thời gian quy định.
2.4.1 Khuyên dùng: Nếu chọn thanh toán qua QRCode / Prompt Pay, hệ thống sẽ xử lý tự động. Bạn có thể thanh toán qua ứng dụng các ngân hàng Việt Nam (TPBank, Sacombank, VietinBank, Nam A Bank, BIDV, Woori Bank, Techcombank) và tất cả ngân hàng Thái Lan (Phí tiện lợi bổ sung 4%). Đơn hàng thanh toán thành công sẽ hiển thị trạng thái "Hoàn thành" ngay lập tức mà không cần báo cáo chuyển khoản. Nếu thanh toán thất bại, vào "View Order" để thực hiện lại trước khi hết giờ.
2.4.2 Nếu chọn thanh toán qua Thẻ tín dụng, Thẻ ghi nợ, Trả góp và Alipay, hệ thống sẽ xử lý tự động (Phí tiện lợi bổ sung 6%). Đơn hàng thành công sẽ hiển thị trạng thái "Hoàn thành" ngay lập tức. Nếu thất bại, vào "View Order" để thực hiện lại trước khi hết giờ.
2.4.3 Trường hợp chọn Chuyển khoản ngân hàng (Chỉ dành cho ngân hàng Việt Nam), giá sẽ cộng thêm phí hệ thống, phí phát hành thẻ và thuế VAT 4%. Quy trình như sau:
a) Hệ thống tóm tắt chi tiết đơn hàng và số tiền cần chuyển. Bạn phải thực hiện chuyển khoản và thông báo trong thời gian quy định.
b) Sau khi chuyển khoản, vào "View Order", chọn "Thông báo chuyển khoản" (Notify Transfer), điền thông tin và tải ảnh biên lai sớm nhất có thể (ít nhất 5-10 phút trước khi hết giờ) để trạng thái chuyển sang "Đang chờ xử lý" (Pending). Hãy chụp màn hình trạng thái này để theo dõi. Đơn hàng không ở trạng thái "Pending" sẽ bị xóa tự động khi hết giờ (khoảng 15 phút).
c) Nếu không thông báo trên hệ thống kịp thời dẫn đến đơn hàng bị xóa nhưng đã chuyển tiền, bạn phải đặt lại chỗ cũ với giá cũ và thông báo lại trong mục "View Order". Trong trường hợp này, ban tổ chức không hoàn tiền trừ khi có thông báo "SOLD OUT" hoặc được sự chấp thuận của ban tổ chức.
d) Thanh toán bằng hình thức chuyển khoản ngân hàng có thể mất hơn 12 giờ để xác minh và cập nhật trạng thái đơn hàng.
2.5. Mỗi lần đặt vé chỉ được mua 1-2 vé cho cùng một đợt. Nếu phát hiện bất kỳ dấu hiệu đặt vé bất thường nào, ban tổ chức có quyền hủy đơn hàng mà không cần báo trước và không hoàn tiền.
3. Giá vé chưa bao gồm phí xử lý và phí phát hành thẻ nhựa.
4. Sau khi gửi thông tin đặt vé, người mua không thể sửa đổi hoặc hủy bỏ trong mọi trường hợp. Ban tổ chức không hoàn tiền nếu bạn không thể tham dự sự kiện sau khi đã mua vé.
5. Người tham gia phải tuân thủ các biện pháp an toàn theo quy định của ban tổ chức. Nếu không tuân thủ, ban tổ chức có quyền từ chối cho vào cổng và không hoàn tiền.
6. Website này là đơn vị phân phối ủy quyền duy nhất. Vé không được phép bán lại với giá cao hơn giá gốc. Vi phạm sẽ bị hủy vé không hoàn tiền. Vé mua từ bên thứ ba hoặc các trang web không chính thức (như Viagogo, Stubhub) sẽ bị coi là vô hiệu.
7. Website này được vận hành bởi công ty Golden A Việt Nam. Hệ thống vé được cung cấp bởi PBTeam.

Terms and Conditions
1. All purchasers must register as a member on the main website: goldenaent.com. Please verify all personal information for accuracy before clicking "Register." Registered information cannot be changed.
2. Once sales are open, the steps are as follows:
2.1. Log in using your registered Username and Password.
2.2. Select your desired zone.
2.3. Select your desired seat.
2.4. Select payment method and click "Order." You have a maximum of 15 minutes to complete each payment transaction. Please note that payments must be completed at least 5 minutes before the order timer expires, as late payments carry the risk of processing delays from banking networks or payment gateways in transmitting funds to the destination on time. In cases where payment is made past the allowable time window and tickets cannot be secured or the order has expired, the organizer reserves the right to issue a refund or allocate alternative seating of equivalent value, which may result in not receiving the originally selected seats. If payment fails, go to the "View My Order" menu to select a different payment method or retry within the specified time limit.
2.4.1 Recommended: If paying via QRCode / Prompt Pay, the system will process it automatically. You can pay via Vietnamese bank applications (TPBank, Sacombank, VietinBank, Nam A Bank, BIDV, Woori Bank, Techcombank) or any Thai bank application (Additional 4% Convenience Fee applies). Orders paid successfully will instantly show a "Completed" status; no transfer notification is required. If payment fails, go to "View Order" to retry before the order window expires.
2.4.2 For payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Installments, and Alipay, the system will process it automatically (Additional 6% Convenience Fee applies). Orders paid successfully will instantly show a "Completed" status; no transfer notification is required. If payment fails, go to "View Order" to retry before the order window expires.
2.4.3 For Bank Transfer (Vietnamese Banks only), a system fee, ticketing fee, and 4% VAT will be added to the base price. The steps are:
a) The system will summarize the purchase details and the total amount to be transferred. You must complete the transfer and notification within the time specified by the system.
b) After transferring, you must go to "View Order," click "Notify Transfer," and fill in the information while uploading the slip as soon as possible (at least 5-10 minutes before expiration) to change the status to "Pending." Capture a screenshot of the "Pending" status for tracking. Orders not in "Pending" status will be automatically deleted when the notification time expires (approx. 15 minutes).
c) If you fail to notify the transfer before expiration and the order is deleted, but the money has already been sent, you must re-book the same seat at the original price and notify the transfer via "View Order" only. In this case, refunds are not possible unless the organizer announces a "SOLD OUT" or grants specific approval.
d) Payment via bank transfer may take more than 12 hours for verification and status update.
2.5. Each booking is limited to 1-2 tickets per round only. If any irregular booking patterns are detected, the team reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice and without refund.
3. Ticket prices do not include processing fees and plastic card issuance fees.
4. Once the booking is submitted, no changes or cancellations are allowed under any circumstances. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend the event after purchase.
5. All attendees must strictly follow the safety measures announced by the organizer. Failure to comply may result in denied entry without a refund.
6. This website is the only authorized distributor. Reselling tickets above face value is prohibited. Violation may result in ticket cancellation without refund. Tickets purchased from third-party sites or unauthorized resellers (e.g., Viagogo, Stubhub) will be void and invalid for entry.
7. This website is operated under Golden A Viet Nam. The ticketing system is powered by PBTeam.

Terms and Conditions รายละเอียดและขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ (เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด)
1. ผู้ที่ต้องการซื้อบัตร จะต้องเข้าไปลงทะเบียนสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าเว็บไซต์หลัก goldenaent.com โปรดตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมดก่อนกด "สมัครสมาชิก" ข้อมูลที่สมัครแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
2. เมื่อเปิดจำหน่าย มีขั้นตอน ดังนี้
2.1. Login โดยใช้ User, Password ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้แล้ว
2.2. เลือกโซน ที่ต้องการ
2.3. เลือกที่นั่งที่ต้องการ
2.4. เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน แล้วกดสั่งซื้อ โดยท่านจะมีเวลาในการทำรายการชำระเงินในแต่ละครั้งไม่เกิน 15 นาที ทั้งนี้ ท่านจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการชำระเงินให้เสร็จสิ้นก่อนรอบเวลาของคำสั่งซื้อจะหมดลงอย่างน้อย 5 นาที เนื่องจากหลังจากการชำระเงินอาจมีความเสี่ยงที่ระบบการเงินหรือเกตเวย์จะประมวลผลและส่งยอดไปปลายทางไม่ทันตามเวลาที่ระบบกำหนด หากท่านชำระเงินเกินจากเวลาที่กำหนดจนส่งผลให้คำสั่งซื้อหมดอายุหรือไม่ได้รับบัตร ทางผู้จัดขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาคืนเงิน หรือจัดสรรที่นั่งในโซนอื่นที่มีมูลค่าเทียบเท่ากันให้ทดแทน ซึ่งอาจส่งผลให้ท่านไม่ได้รับที่นั่งตามที่เลือกไว้ตั้งแต่แรก หากชำระเงินไม่ผ่าน สามารถเข้าเมนู "View My Order" เพื่อเลือกวิธีชำระแบบอื่นหรือทำการชำระใหม่ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
2.4.1 แนะนำ: กรณีเลือกชำระผ่าน QRCode / Prompt Pay จะเข้าสู่การชำระด้วยระบบ ท่านสามารถชำระผ่าน Application ของธนาคารเวียดนามคือ TPBank, Sacombank, VietinBank, Nam A Bank, BIDV, Woori Bank, Techcombank และ ทุกธนาคารไทย (มีค่า Convenience Fee เพิ่มเติม 4%) เลขที่สั่งซื้อที่ชำระผ่านระบบเรียบร้อยจะมีสถานะเป็น "เสร็จสิ้น" ทันที ไม่ต้องแจ้งโอน หากชำระไม่สำเร็จ หรือต้องการเปลี่ยนบัตร ให้ไปที่เมนู View Order เพื่อชำระอีกครั้งก่อนหมดเวลาออเดอร์
2.4.2 กรณีเลือกชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต, เดบิต, ผ่อนชำระ และ Alipay จะเข้าสู่การชำระด้วยระบบ (มีค่า Convenience Fee เพิ่มเติม 6%) เลขที่สั่งซื้อที่ชำระผ่านระบบเรียบร้อยจะมีสถานะเป็น "เสร็จสิ้น" ทันที ไม่ต้องแจ้งโอน หากชำระไม่สำเร็จ หรือต้องการเปลี่ยนบัตร ให้ไปที่เมนู View Order เพื่อชำระอีกครั้งก่อนหมดเวลาออเดอร์
2.4.3 กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยการโอนเงิน (เฉพาะธนาคารเวียดนาม) มีค่าธรรมเนียมระบบ ค่าธรรมเนียมการออกบัตร และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) 4% บวกเพิ่มจากราคาปกติ มีขั้นตอนดังนี้
a) ระบบจะสรุปรายละเอียดการซื้อ และจำนวนเงินที่ท่านต้องโอนมาให้ ท่านมีเวลาดำเนินการโอนเงินและแจ้งโอนในเวลาที่ระบบแจ้งเท่านั้น
b) หลังการโอนเงินท่านต้องไปที่หน้า "ตรวจสอบรายการ" เพื่อคลิก "แจ้งโอนรายการนี้" และต้องกรอกข้อมูลแจ้งโอนร่วมกับการอัพภาพสลิปโดยเร็วที่สุดก่อนหมดเวลาอย่างน้อย 5-10 นาที เพื่อให้สถานะเป็น "รอดำเนินการ" จากนั้นแคปเจอร์หน้าตรวจสอบรายการที่สถานะเป็นรอดำเนินการไว้เพื่อติดตามกับระบบ เลขที่สั่งซื้อที่สถานะไม่ใช่ "รอดำเนินการ" จะถูกระบบลบทิ้งทันทีที่หมดเวลาแจ้งโอน (เวลาสิ้นสุดการแจ้งโอนระบุในสถานะของเลขที่สั่งซื้อ) (ประมาณ 15 นาที)
c) กรณีที่ท่านไม่แจ้งโอนในระบบก่อนหมดเวลา ทำให้เลขที่สั่งซื้อนั้นถูกลบทิ้ง หากท่านโอนเงินไปแล้ว ท่านต้องกดจองที่นั่งใหม่ในราคาเดิมด้วยยอดเงินตามที่ท่านโอนเข้าไปในระบบ และแจ้งโอนตามขั้นตอนที่หน้า "ตรวจสอบรายการ" เท่านั้น ในกรณีนี้ ระบบไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้หากผู้จัดงานไม่มีการประกาศ SOLD OUT และ/หรือ ผู้จัดงานไม่อนุมัติในการคืนเงิน
d) การชำระเงินด้วยวิธีโอนเงินอาจใช้เวลาตรวจสอบยอดมากกว่า 12 ชั่วโมงในการอัปเดตสถานะคำสั่งซื้อ
2.5. ในการจองบัตร 1 ครั้ง จะสามารถจองได้ครั้งละ 1-2 ใบ ในรอบเดียวกันเท่านั้น หากตรวจพบการจองเข้ามาอย่างผิดปกติไม่ว่าจะในรูปแบบใดก็ตาม ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์การยกเลิกออเดอร์โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และไม่คืนเงิน
3. ราคาบัตรนี้ ไม่รวมค่าดำเนินการและค่าออกบัตรพลาสติก
4. หลังจากที่ผู้จองกดส่งข้อมูลการจองแล้ว ผู้จองไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลการจอง หรือยกเลิกการจองได้ทุกกรณี และทางทีมงานไม่สามารถทำการคืนเงินได้ หากท่านไม่สามารถมาร่วมชมการแสดง หลังจากที่ได้ซื้อบัตรไปแล้ว
5. สำหรับผู้ที่เข้าร่วมงานทุกคน จะต้องปฎิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยตามที่ทางผู้จัดประกาศไว้ หากผู้เข้าชมงานไม่สามารถปฎิบัติตามที่ระบุไว้ได้ครบถ้วน ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลนั้นเข้าภายในพื้นที่จัดงาน และสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินค่าบัตรเข้าชม
6. โปรดทราบว่าเว็บไซต์นี้ เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับอนุญาตแต่เพียงผู้เดียว บัตรเข้าชมงานไม่สามารถนำไปเสนอขายต่อเกินราคาได้ หากท่านไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไข บัตรของท่านอาจถูกยกเลิกโดยไม่ได้รับเงินคืน บัตรที่ซื้อจากเว็บไซต์อื่นๆ หรือ บุคคลที่สามและผู้จัดจำหน่ายที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาต เช่น Viagogo, Stubhub หรือที่คล้ายกันนี้ จะถือเป็นโมฆะและไม่สามารถใช้เข้าชมงานได้

ĐIỀU KIỆN MUA TOP-UP (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
1. Khách hàng phải sở hữu vé chính (chỉ áp dụng cho khu vực CAT1) và đã hoàn tất thanh toán đầy đủ.
2. Hệ thống sẽ mở bán Top-Up từ 14:00 (Giờ Việt Nam / ICT) ngày 24/10/2026.
3. Khách hàng có thể mua từ 1-2 vé Top-Up cho mỗi giao dịch:
(1) Khách hàng sở hữu 1 vé chính sẽ chỉ được mua tối đa 1 vé Top-Up duy nhất.
(2) Khách hàng sở hữu 2 vé chính sẽ được mua 1 hoặc 2 vé Top-Up (không vượt quá số lượng vé chính đã mua trước đó).
4. Thanh toán Top-Up phải được hoàn tất trong vòng 10 phút kể từ thời điểm đặt mua; nếu không, giao dịch Top-Up sẽ không được xác nhận hợp lệ.
5. Số lượng vé Top-Up có giới hạn (20 suất) và sẽ được mở bán theo nguyên tắc ai đến trước được mua trước (First-come, first-served).

TOP-UP TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The customer must have purchased a main ticket (eligible for CAT1 zone only) and completed full payment.
2. The system will be available for Top-Up purchases starting at 2:00 PM (Vietnam Time / ICT) on October 24, 2026.
3. The customer may purchase 1-2 Top-Up tickets per transaction:
(1) A customer who holds 1 main ticket is eligible to purchase a Top-Up for 1 ticket only.
(2) A customer who holds 2 main tickets is eligible to purchase 1 or 2 Top-Up tickets, up to the total number of main tickets owned.
4. Payment for the Top-Up must be completed within 10 minutes of purchase; otherwise, the Top-Up booking will not be considered valid.
5. Top-Up tickets are strictly limited in quantity (20 PAX) and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนดการซื้อบัตร TOP-UP (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
1. ผู้ซื้อจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่ซื้อบัตรหลักเข้าชมงาน (เฉพาะโซน CAT1 เท่านั้น) และได้ดำเนินการชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์เรียบร้อยแล้ว
2. ระบบจะเปิดจำหน่ายบัตร Top-Up ตั้งแต่เวลา 14:00 น. (เวลาท้องถิ่นประเทศเวียดนาม / ICT) ของวันเสาร์ที่ 24 ตุลาคม 2569 เป็นต้นไป
3. ผู้ซื้อสามารถทำรายการซื้อบัตร Top-Up ได้ 1–2 ใบ ต่อ 1 รายการสั่งซื้อ:
(1) ผู้ที่มีบัตรหลัก 1 ใบ จะมีสิทธิ์ซื้อบัตร Top-Up ได้เพียง 1 ใบเท่านั้น
(2) ผู้ที่มีบัตรหลัก 2 ใบ จะมีสิทธิ์ซื้อบัตร Top-Up ได้ 1 หรือ 2 ใบ (ไม่เกินจำนวนบัตรหลักที่ถือครองไว้)
4. ท่านจะต้องดำเนินการชำระเงินสำหรับบัตร Top-Up ให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน 10 นาทีหลังจากกดสั่งซื้อ หากไม่ชำระเงินภายในเวลาที่กำหนด การจองบัตร Top-Up จะถือเป็นโมฆะและไม่ได้รับการยืนยันสิทธิ์
5. บัตร Top-Up มีจำนวนจำกัดเพียง 20 สิทธิ์เท่านั้น และจะจัดจำหน่ายตามลำดับการทำรายการก่อน-หลัง (First-come, first-served) จนกว่าสิทธิ์จะหมด

A1 : การสมัครสมาชิกในเว็บไซต์ สมัครได้ที่เมนู ‘สมัครสมาชิก’ โดยใช้ข้อมูลดังต่อไปนี้ Username ที่ต้องการ (ตัวอักษรเท่านั้น ห้ามมีเว้นวรรคหรืออักษรพิเศษ), Password, ชื่อ-นามสกุลตามบัตรประชาชน (หรือพาสปอร์ต), เพศ, ปีเกิด, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, อีเมลที่ติดต่อได้ (สมัครฟรีไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใด ๆ)
- หลังการสมัคร ท่านจะได้รับอีเมลจากระบบ ส่ง link ให้ท่านคลิกเพื่อ activate ยืนยันให้ user ของท่านใช้งานได้ โดยผู้สมัครจะมี user และ password ของตนเอง เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการซื้อบัตรหรือร่วมกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ต่อไป
- สำหรับท่านที่ไม่ได้รับ automail ในการยืนยันการสมัคร ให้ลองสมัครใหม่โดยใช้อีเมลเดิม ระบบจะทำการส่งอีเมลเพื่อยืนยันตัวซ้ำไปอีกครั้งโดยอัตโนมัติ ถ้าเป็นไปได้กรุณาใช้ gmail ในการลงทะเบียนจะพบปัญหาน้อยที่สุด
- เมื่อสมัครเรียบร้อยแล้ว แนะนำให้ทดสอบ log in ที่เมนู ‘บัญชีของฉัน’ โดยใช้ User, Password ของท่าน เพื่อตรวจสอบผลการสมัคร
- กรุณาตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั้งหมดที่ใช้ในการสมัคร ข้อมูลนี้จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงได้
Q2 : ลืม User / Password ทำอย่างไร?
A2 : กด ‘ลืมรหัสผ่าน’ ระบบจะให้ระบุอีเมลที่ใช้สมัคร และระบบจะส่งอีเมลเพื่อใช้ในการรีเซ็ต password พร้อมแจ้ง User ที่ท่านใช้สมัครไปพร้อมกัน ไม่สามารถส่งลิ้งค์รีเซ็ตรหัสผ่านไปในช่องทางอื่นนอกเหนือจากอีเมลที่ใช้สมัครของยูสเซอร์นั้น ๆ
Q3 : เวลาของระบบเป็นเวลาเท่าไหร่ เทียบเวลาได้ที่ไหน?
A3 : ระบบตั้งเวลามาตรฐานตรงตามกรมอุทกศาสตร์ สามารถเทียบเวลาได้ที่ โทร 1811
Q4 : ในวันจอง สามารถ Log in ก่อนเวลาจองได้หรือไม่?
A4 : สำหรับท่านที่สมัครสมาชิกไว้แล้ว ท่านสามารถล็อคอินได้ที่หน้า 'ตรวจสอบรายการ' โดยระบบจะเปิดให้ทดลอง Log in ก่อนเวลาเปิดจองบัตรประมาณ 1 ชม. และก่อนถึงเวลาเปิดจองประมาณ 10-15 นาที ให้ท่านรีเฟรชหน้าดังกล่าว และล็อคอินอีกครั้งเพื่อเตรียมกดที่เมนู "ซื้อบัตร" ตามเวลาที่ระบบกำหนด
- ในช่วงก่อนเวลาเปิดจองบัตร 1 ชม. หากท่านเข้าเว็บไซต์แล้วยังไม่เห็นเมนู 'ซื้อบัตร (Buy Ticket)' ให้ลบ history ลบคุกกี้จากอุปกรณ์ของท่าน แล้วเข้าเว็บไซต์อีกครั้ง
Q5 : 1 User สามารถ Log in ได้จากหลายเครื่องหรือไม่?
A5 : 1 User สามารถ Log in เข้าใช้งานพร้อมกันได้มากกว่า 1 เครื่อง แต่ไม่แนะนำ เพราะอาจเกิดการจองซ้ำซ้อนใน user เดียวกัน หากระบบตรวจสอบพบการจองจาก user เดียวกันเข้ามากผิดปกติ อาจจะถูกตรวจสอบ / สอบถามเพิ่มเติม / พิจารณายกเลิกออเดอร์ หรืออื่น ๆ
- User ที่มีออเดอร์กดจองโดยที่ไม่โอนเงินจะถูกเจ้าหน้าที่ระบบพิจารณาอย่างใกล้ชิด หากตรวจสอบพบว่าเป็นความตั้งใจ อาจถูกแบนยูสเซอร์ในลำดับถัดไป
Q6 : ในการจองบัตร 1 ครั้ง สามารถจองได้กี่ใบ / กี่โซน / 1 User จองได้กี่ใบ?
A6 : ในการจองบัตร 1 ครั้ง จะสามารถจองได้ครั้งละ 1-4 ใบ ในรอบและโซนเดียวกันเท่านั้น หากต้องการโซนอื่นด้วย ให้ทำการจองเข้ามาใหม่อีกครั้ง
- ก่อนการกดจองบัตร โปรดพิจารณาจำนวนบัตรที่ท่านเลือกให้ถี่ถ้วน เพราะเมื่อกดจองแล้วจะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงจำนวนได้ การโอนเงินต้องโอนพร้อมกันทั้งออเดอร์ไม่สามารถโอนเพียงใบใดใบหนึ่งได้ ถ้าท่านโอนไม่ครบ หากเจ้าหน้าที่อาจพิจารณายกเลิกออเดอร์ ท่านต้องกดบัตรใหม่ในรอบที่หลุดรอบถัดไปให้เท่ากับยอดเงินที่ท่านโอนเข้ามา ซึ่งจะทำให้ท่านเสียสิทธิในที่ดี ๆ ที่ท่านเคยกดได้
- จำกัดการจองสูงสุด 4 ใบ ต่อ 1 บัญชีผู้ใช้ (User) หากตรวจพบการจองที่ผิดปกติหรือพยายามเลี่ยงข้อกำหนดในทุกกรณี ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกรายการโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และไม่มีนโยบายคืนเงิน
Q7 : เลือกชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิต / เดบิต แล้วระบบจะเป็นอย่างไร / ตัดบัตรไม่ผ่าน / กรอกข้อมูลบัตรผิด ทำอย่างไร?
A7 : กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต / เดบิต หากระบบสามารถตัดยอดชำระได้ตามขั้นตอน สถานะของออเดอร์นั้นจะเป็น 'เสร็จสิ้น (Complete)' ทันที
- หากระบบไม่สามารถตัดยอดบัตรเครดิตไม่ว่าด้วยกรณีใด ๆ ท่านสามารถเลือกวิธีชำระเงินได้อีกครั้งที่หน้าตรวจสอบรายการ ดังนี้
- เลือกชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตอีกครั้ง ให้เลือก ‘จ่ายด้วยบัตรเครดิต’ ทันที ในออเดอร์นั้น
- เลขที่สั่งซื้อที่ชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต ที่สถานะไม่เป็น 'เสร็จสิ้น (Complete)' จะถูกลบเมื่อครบเวลาที่ระบุในสถานะของแต่ละเลขที่สั่งซื้อ
Q8 : บัตรเข้าชมงานเป็นแบบไหน จะได้รับบัตรอย่างไร และตรวจสอบได้ที่ไหน?
A8 : บัตรเข้าชมงานนี้เป็นรูปแบบ E-ticket (QR Code) ทั้งหมด โดยไม่มีการจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์
- หลังจากชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์และสถานะออเดอร์เปลี่ยนเป็น 'เสร็จสิ้น (Complete)' ระบบจะประมวลผลและสร้าง QR Code บัตรเข้างานให้ท่านในหน้า 'ตรวจสอบรายการ (View Order)' ภายในประมาณ 15 นาที
- เมื่อถึงวันงาน ท่านสามารถเปิดหน้าจอโทรศัพท์แสดง QR Code จากหน้า 'ตรวจสอบรายการ (View Order)' เพื่อสแกนเข้างานได้ทันที
Q9 : ซื้อบัตรให้เพื่อน หรือส่งต่อ E-ticket ให้คนอื่นเข้างานแทนได้หรือไม่ / เงื่อนไขการสแกนบัตรเป็นอย่างไร?
A9 : สามารถทำได้ โดยท่านสามารถบันทึกภาพหน้าจอ (Capture) E-ticket (QR Code) ในหน้า View Order แล้วส่งต่อให้เพื่อนหรือผู้ร่วมเดินทางเพื่อใช้แสดงในการสแกนเข้าชมงานได้
- ข้อควรระวังสำคัญ: E-ticket 1 QR Code สามารถใช้สแกนเข้าชมงานได้เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น และไม่สามารถออกใหม่ได้ในทุกกรณีหากถูกสแกนใช้งานไปแล้ว ขอให้ผู้ซื้อระมัดระวังและไม่เปิดเผย QR Code ให้แก่บุคคลที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้อง

Please read and follow all instructions below for your benefits:
Q1: How can I register for membership? What information is required? Is there any registration fee?
A1: Users can register membership on the website via the ‘Register’ menu.
- The following information is required: Desired username (letters only, no spaces or special characters), Password, Full name as shown on your ID card or passport, Gender, Year of birth, Telephone number, Valid email address. Membership registration is free of charge.
- After registration, the system will send an activation email containing a link for account verification. Once activated, you will have your own username and password to purchase tickets and participate in other activities.
- In case you do not receive the activation email, please try registering again using the same email address. The system will automatically resend the activation link. We recommend using Gmail, as it has the least issues from previous cases.
- After successful registration, please log in via “My Account” to verify your membership status.
- Please ensure that all personal information is correct, as registered information cannot be changed.
Q2: What should I do if I forget my username or password?
A2: Please click “Forgot Password” and enter the email address used during registration. The system will send a password reset link and your registered username to that email address. Password reset links can only be sent to the registered email address and cannot be sent via other channels.
Q3: What time standard does the system use? Where to compare timezone?
A3: The system follows the official time standard of the Hydrographic Department, Royal Thai Navy. You may check or compare the time by calling 1811.
Q4: Can users log in before the ticket sales start?
A4: Registered members may log in in advance via the “View Order” page. The system allows test login approximately 1 hour before ticket sales open. Please refresh the page and log in again 10–15 minutes before the official sales time, then proceed to the “Buy Ticket” menu once it becomes available. If you do not see the “Buy Ticket” button, please clear your browser history and cookies, then access the website again.
Q5: Can one user log in from multiple devices at the same time?
A5: A single user account may log in from multiple devices simultaneously; however, this is not recommended, as it may cause duplicate or conflicting orders. If the system detects unusual booking activity from the same user, the order may be reviewed, investigated, or cancelled.
- Users who repeatedly reserve tickets without completing payment may be closely monitored. If intentional misuse is detected, the account may be suspended or blocked from future purchases.
Q6: How many tickets and zones can be booked per order / per user?
A6: Each order allows the purchase of 1–4 tickets for the same round and the same seating zone only. If you want to purchase tickets in a different zone, you must place a new order.
- Please carefully review the number of tickets before confirming your order, as changes cannot be made after submission. Payment must be completed in full per order. Partial payments or payment for individual seats are not allowed. If the payment amount is incomplete, the order may be cancelled by the system or staff. In such cases, you will need to purchase tickets again in the next available round, selecting seats that match the transferred amount. This may result in the loss of previously selected seats.
- Each user account is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets in total. Any suspicious or rule-evading booking behavior may result in order cancellation without prior notice, and refuse a refund in all such cases.
Q7: If I choose to pay by credit/debit card, how does the system work? What should I do if the card payment fails or if incorrect card details are entered?
A7: If payment by credit or debit card is successfully processed, the order status will be updated to “Complete” immediately.
- If the payment fails for any reason, you may retry payment by selecting “Pay by Credit Card” again via the View Order page.
- Orders that do not reach “Complete” status within the specified time limit will be automatically cancelled by the system.
Q8: What format will the tickets be issued in, and how will I receive them?
A8: All tickets for this event are in E-ticket (QR Code) format. There is no physical postal delivery.
- After payment is completed and the order status is updated to "Complete", the system will generate the E-ticket QR Code and display it on your ‘View Order’ page within approximately 15 minutes.
- On the event day, you can show the QR Code directly from your mobile phone screen at the venue entrance.
Q9: Can I buy tickets for my friends or transfer the E-ticket? How does the QR Code validation work?
A9: Yes. You can take a screenshot (capture) of the E-ticket QR Code from your View Order page and send it to your friends or accompanying attendees for venue entry.
- Important Notice: Each E-ticket QR Code is valid for a single entry only. Once scanned, it cannot be scanned again or re-issued under any circumstances. Please protect your QR Code and do not disclose it to unauthorized parties.
Q10: Where can I find information about event rules, prohibited items, deposit points, and official merchandise?
A10: Information regarding event rules, prohibited items, artist gift deposit points, and official merchandise (if any) will be announced via the organizer’s official channel at https://x.com/BestwarinForYou prior to the show date.
